Abiding by the principles of cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win, Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd. cordially invites sale agents from different places in China, and welcomes the organization or individuals that have intentions and meet the following basic conditions to contact us and make negotiation with us.
1. It shall have qualified economic strength and commercial credit;
2. It shall have qualified sale channels and ways and qualified marketing capacity to undertake the marketing task in certain region;
3. It shall receive authorization of Party A and can strictly comply with relevant agency policy contract and regulations of Party A, and act the exclusive agent for products and services of Party A in the region specified by Party A;
4. It shall be willing to positively extend the distribution channels according to requirements of the Company, enhance the product brand image, can make standard management for the distribution channel. It shall not have such behaviors violating the distribution agreement as selling in several regions, disturbing the market order with low price and so on.
Agent application and authorization:
1. Agent application
The applicant shall submit written application to Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd., fill in and submit the distributor application form, and shall also submit the copy of the business license, copy of the ID card of the legal representative, copy of tax registration certificate, copy of the permit to open a book account.
2. Agent examination
The regional sales personnel will conduct comprehensive examination for the applicant, will negotiation cooperation matters with the applicant who has passed the examination and assessment for the agent, and will reach the agreement on specific terms and conditions about cooperation.
3. Agent certification
The regional sales personnel submit the application conditions and examination opinions to the leaders of headquarter for approval and record. The applicant shall perform the relevant obligations based on the applied dealer level.
4. Agent authorization
Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd. authorizes the qualification certificate to the applicant. After receiving the reply and approval, the sales personnel will sign the official cooperation agreement in uniform format of Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd. with the applicant. The applicant formally becomes the agent of Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd.
5. Examination of the agent agreement
After signing the cooperation agreement, there is an examination period of three months. After the examination period expires, Shenzhen Bestour Electronic Co., Ltd. is entitled to re-certify whether the agent is qualified or not based on the sales conditions of the Party B. If the agent is qualified, Party A will sign the examination and certification certificate to Party B; if the agent is not qualified, the agreement will be terminated automatically.
6. Agent evaluation
Since the date of signing the agreement, it will evaluate the agent once every three months. The indicators for comprehensive rating includes the sales progress of the agent, fund recovery conditions, client information feedback conditions, annual plan completion conditions, marketing policy implementation conditions and so on.
