Basic Regulations on After-sale Service

Article 1 Basic principle: It shall take comprehensive after-sale service strategy as the guideline, provide high-quality and high-efficiency service in the entire after-sale process of the product for the client, improves the client satisfaction degree in maximum range and strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the Company.
Article 2 Service tenet: Our service is not only after-sale service, and it will provide all-process and star-level service for the clients since contacting the clients for the first time.
Article 3 Action slogan: More patient, faster action, better attitude, higher efficiency (namely, more, faster, better and more efficient)

Article 4 Within 7 days since the purchasing date, if the product has failure under normal usage, it can provide free goods return and exchange if it evaluates that the product has quality problem by itself.
Article 5 Within 3 months since the purchasing date, if the product has quality problem by itself based on test results, it will provide free exchange with the same model of product. For the product whose appearance is obviously damaged, it will only provide warranty service, and the terms of exchange guarantee will expire.
Article 6 Within 12 months since the purchasing date, it can provide free warranty service for the principal body of the product, and it will provide free warranty service for other fittings within three months since the purchasing date of the product.

Article 7 Within the warranty period, it will not charge any expense for the products and fittings sent for repair (except Article 12), all of parts/circuit boards replaced in repair will be recovered by the Company.
Article 8 For re-repair of the same failure, it will provide warranty period of another two months for the machine.
Article 9 Within the warranty period, costs for transport, goods dispatching and so on occurring when the client sends the product or fittings for repair and testing will be undertaken by the Company, and the Company will make timely repair for the repaired machine and send back to the client.
Article 10 For any product with defect, before returning such product to the factory, the client shall send written application to the Company. With approval from relevant leaders of the Company, such product can be arranged for being returned to the factory. Otherwise, the Company will reject such product, and the loss for returning the product to the factory will be undertaken by the client.
Article 11 For a product with defect that enjoys free repair service within the warranty period, the client shall provide such user information as the date when the consumer of the machine with defect purchases the machine, the purchasing place and so on.
Article 12 In the following conditions, the Company will not provide free warranty service for the product and fitting:
1. Principal body of the product or part has been used in abnormal or wrong manner, has been dismounted without authorization from the Company, has been damaged because of improper installation;
2. The warranty label or fragile paper at the principal body of the machine is ruptured;
3. The principal body of the product is connected to unmatched equipment and it brings about damage of the machine;
4. The power supply is connected in reverse way, voltage is too high, or the product suffers artificial damage;
5. Structural parts are not within the warranty scope, such as rupture and so on;
6. Damage caused by force majeure;
